The soil self pH's.

You put the bean in and it pops. as it grows it helps the soil to run at it's "happy" range.

As long as WHAT YOUR POURING IN is no more then about 1.5 points of pH in either direction of 6.5, your good to go!
NOW, if your metering soil? Unless you have a lab grade SOIL pH meter and probe. Your not getting a proper reading.
Trust me here, you don't need that!

Taking pH from run off - Is simply the pH of the run off and NOT that of the soil!

When you water the pH will swing over about a point and as the media dries out. It swings back towards the "resting" point (right about 6.5 or so for cannabis in veg).

If you start playing with attempting to change the soil pH. Your in for a real bad run.

pH your in going nutrient mix. Always start with nutrients and add additives later. YOU DO NOT NEED to use ANY Silica with soil grows. PERIOD!

The pH of this nutrient mix should be 6.5 for veg, and 6.7 in bloom.

If you do not wait until the plant needs another watering?
Your keeping the soils pH OFF by keeping the soil to wet. This creates an condition where the pH stays out of sway to long. You will now have nutrient issues by pH limiting uptake of certain nutrients.

You may have a Cal def, if your soil was not a well balanced mix premade for potting. Adding as much as a heavy half a cup of dolomite to a whole bag of FFOF is a good idea. They tend to be light on it (depending the area of the country your in, and where they "mine" the base soil from.

Things like -
What soil?
What pH do you set your feeds at before adding them?
and how much, how often do you water/feed?
Tend to help those smart enough to catch your problem, make the right suggestion to fix.

I don't like Bio Bizz as I tend to see a lot of yellowing with that line and using their charting for it.... That may be part of the issue.

I suspect it's pH as you've already run too much water through it, and didn't let it dry enough to do a proper pH reading...

SO then. Only pH your ingoing liquids and don't sweat the soil!

As said above, dont fret. You really only need a ph meter once.Just mix the same amount every time.A fill line on your bucket,ex..20ml B 20ml A 4 ml calmag 9 drops ph down, done. Same every time,
I prefer the drops test for ph,cheap lasts yrs.

Thank you so much for the response I've flushed today and now put lime on the soil to soak itself in hopefully balance the pH when mixing my nutes I keep ph to 6.5 well I thought I was im using 600w hps but I've moved 2 out of pots as they were nit draining at all (perlite clogging drainage holes ) the amount of dark nute run off I got im surprised they were even alive still hope they take in the fabric pots but if not was worth a try. So my actual soil ph is now between 3&4 I've put that much water through them today im definitely going to wait for the soil to dry before adding any feed. I thought myself that if my feed is 6.5 ph and soil is 3 surly the feed would make the ph rise naturally through the feed ?? Thank you for taking the time to try advise me I really do appreciate it I've dropped some pics but I'm thinking I've fooooked them and probably can't save them cheers

So now you've flushed out all the food on a already hungry plant.
Always add food to flush water.Basically your feeding to runoff just like coco.
Remember ph of runoff means nothing.Measuring EC of runoff will tell you something.Anyway good luck, dont fret go golfing lol.
