I flipped my plants by accident. They're bout 2ft tall. They are week 3-4 flower. I know they can get a good 4-5 ft, what can I do to get em to stretch. I'm using fish fertilizer and bat guano right now. I think I took off too many fan leafs. Can I still get the stretch.

that doesnt sound good usually by week 3 or 4 they are already stretched i am in week 1 like 6 days since flip and they grew 10 inches in height and 8 in width i have 1000 watts hps and 7 gallon pots of soil i flipped when they were 17 inches tall now they are 27 growing 2 inches a day minimum i also used bat guano and now tiger bloom nutes 25 ml per gallon which is almost double strength plus liquid iron

They stretched a good inch last night and the branches have been growing out and up. I'm just worrying if by me removing too many fan leafs and by me flipping too early if I can still get them to stretch while they flower

Once stretch is done, its done.
I read a book that said you can flip a dicot3 plant back to veg state even after flowering starts by leaving it under 24 hour light. I been watching em and there is things that could help alot. Like airflow and pH level. I been using tap water.

Yeah you can reveg them. Takes a long time for them to go back into veg (couple weeks at least) and unless you do massive retraining, they will make crazy big fulffy kolas of not very good flower. And you will run the risk of stressing them into hermies.
