Stretching seedlings

I have 2 seedlings that are 4dsys old and are really stretching. I have a Spyder farms 27x27 tent with a sf1000 led light I had it 24" at 30% should I lower the light to 18" 60%

i would say yes, but wait for someone who has an adjustable led light to confirm. my seed starter led's are 100w set at 100%

I would just lower the light without increasing the intensity and see how they react from there.

I usually pot seeds in a half full cup or pot and add soil under. It’s probably nothing to do with your light the seeds are probably fresh and striking hard.

yes lower the light to 18inches and increase the power to 60%,

you currently have a 100 watt led light on 30% power 24 inches away?

brother that is not enough light for cannabis in any stage of growth lol
