Alaska is by far the highest native population of any state. Maybe you are onto something? There seems to be a huge overlap now that I look into it. Nearly all the Native America highest % states are on the top rape list.

Your trying to act like it can only be because of race in all the bullshit facts you mentioned in your overnight rants very nice distraction attempt. Poverty rates are most closely aligned with crime, shake out every trailer park into a city and see what would happen. The crime/drug use would be pretty close I would bet.
