I'm currently growing 4 Herijuana Jack 33 in a 50/50 coco and compost with perlite, in 15 litre smart pots. They are getting fed with general hydroponics micro, grow & bloom with plant magic root stimulant under a 400w hps. The plants are 6" and way undersized...can anyone shed any light in why they are so slow?
They look healthy enough

Probably rooting in that big pot. I grow Ch9 and find them faster and more vigorous than most other seeds I have tried.

But I transplant up with small to larger pots as they grow. They take a minute to root in a large space. Watch out for overwatering and she will likely explode in growth soon. Here are some pics of Herejuana x Jack 33 from my garden.

I always water to about 20% runoff but in a large pot with a small plant I might water less and in a circle outward to help the roots explore out as well as down. Not wetting the pot all the way out a couple of times.

This way no stagnant water will build up where the roots can not drink it yet.

I didn't see this. You are right on track I think. I bet she starts making foliage very soon. She was rooting. You may just be able to water to runoff like normal here.

In my plastic pots I can see when the roots build up at the holes in the bottom sides. Not sure in a soft pot how you know.
 
IMO you transplanted into a container that is way too large. I usually go from a small cup for a seedling then transplant to 1-2 qt container (2-3wks) until she out grows that one then for the rest of veg go to 1-2 gal pot. Do all your training now like mainlining etc. then just before 12/12 go to final sized pot (or air pot). I'm even going to try transplanting half way through flowering for the long blooming sativas.

I like the idea of trying a transplant when needed in flower. I have not had the guts to try it.

How long into the cycle do you think they grow roots enough to warrant a bigger pot? And do you think a wider pot would work as well as I think a taller pot would? I have height restraints.

I normal pot up in stages, but I was told to go straight to final pot by a more experienced grower

Honestly I bet I am a week ahead only in that pic. Once they have leaves they grow up fast. And the largest one is older than the smaller one.

Environment is most important in my opinion. Pete advised about 74 degrees and 50% Humidity if possible. And he does not like additives or heavy feeds.

And funny. He likes to use larger pots early. He told me to ditch the red party cups even. You will do fine. Better than fine if you keep that plant green. His seeds grow amazing pot.
 
They've all been topped and I was hoping to scrog but every page I look on, says start scrogging at 20" but I was needing to flower in 2weeks
 
I only use pots that are about 10 liters bud. And the ones I showed are in real small pots.

I still think you are ok. I never top young plants though. So you have rooting and recovery time to pass in my opinion.

How much that plant yielded in the first picture?
