Stunted growth and the end of time

So i am a little bit of a noob here guyshs. Gowing 3 lowryders, outside, i began my grow in soil that my plants where really not happy about.

As a result they barley grew at all for the vegetive stage (talking about 3 inches). I repotted them in a much nicer soil, they began to flower immediately and shot up (although they are still kind of bonzi). My question is about flushing, as they are approaching the end of the flowering stage, i have never had too feed the plants any nutrients. They are flowering quite happily off the soil they are living in, they are a week, maybe two away from harvest and their are no visible signs of nutrient deficiency.

My question is about flushing, is the nutrient content of the soil going to effect the flavour of my smoke, even though the plants have been only been given water?:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::weed:

It is almost 420... SMOKE UP!

Dont worry about flushing those plants, just harvest, dry and cure as normal.
