okay...i have a beautiful 4week old plant i started with a 150 watt uva light directedfor reptiles and it worked really well but i was told on this forum to switch the lights to cfl so i did. now im using a 150 watt cfl and i set the lights at a 12 on 12 off its been on the cycle for 1 week but im noticing a verry slow grow rate develope im using a 6inch by 6 inch pot what am i doing wrong or is this normal

It is probably because your plants are rootbound. Your 6" pot is good for a plant that is like 8" tall. Plants wont grow if there is no room for there roots to go.

You don't want to disturb the rootball when you transplant.

The pot size is going to depend on the size of the plant. The plants usually stretch the first 2 weeks of flower. You may have already missed half of that due to the small pot.

I flower in 2-3 gallon pots, about 12" diameter. I can put a 12" clone in the 3gal and end up with almost a 3ft plant. Repot, and you should be fine.
