Will these pull through been about 5 days maybe longer it's the sleestack am more bothered about

You have to be patient, give them time to establish a good root system, they will then begin to grow fast.

What DeeTee said. My method with seedlings is to NOT water them for a week or so from sprout. Let the little pots get pretty dry. The roots will be going nuts looking for water. Then give em a good water. Bam they take off and don't stop. That's in solo cups.
