Subcool Seeds NPK preferences?

Making a long story short, I have 9 PlushBerry seeds in 20 oz cups all in ffof soil. Ive never had a problem starting seedlings in ocean forest before this and it got me thinking. Seeing as Sub breeds his seeds in super soil (which isnt that far off in NPK as the ffof) and half roots, is it possible that his seeds arent meant for harsher conditions? Now if the NPK of the super soil is about 3.7-5.7-0.7 and is mixed in with half roots, what are the odds that soil is reduced in strength? Now if thats possible, then what are the chances that his seeds and genetics strive on half those values alone?

Has anybody any experience with the strength and vigor of TGA gear in other soils besides super soil? What does your TGA strain like as far as food and treatment goes? Hell Id even like to hear from the hydro people.

AWESOME!!!! LOL!!!!

I had plushberry then some spider mites took hold. Once I even see a might I just pull the plant any more not to risk any further contagion. I had no problem starting it nor growing and I was using crappy soil that was to sandy with the ph that was all screwed up.

I usually use worm casting to start but I just tried light warrior for the first time and it seem to work fine as well.
I do not even soak the seeds just drop em in with some r/o water and 3-4 days later...POP!

The light Warrior isnt as strong as the ocean forest if im not mistaken, right? Did you see any burn? Because ph'd water and ocean forest is looking to be to hot..:cuss:
How do you guys feel about cutting the super soil with Roots making it less potent? Am I wrong? Ive grown mostly bagseed in my day and have never had a problem with the ffof before. Is it the TGA gear or am I a nub?

Yeah always wanna layer your pot with supersoil and a base thats not as hot...this will allow the roots to ease into the vast supersoil buffet...I always use a near inert medium to start and then transplant into an amended mix.

Yeah the light warrior is lightly inoculated and has Ewc, where the ocean forest is loaded with organic goodies....two different beasts! The happy frog will be closer to the OF, but not as hot. I've been rocking the TGA base and ladies and I are in love!! Try and get your hands on it if you can!

There's a new video from the School of Dank where sub discusses starting seeds; check it out for sure

So after further investigation, Im thinking the Plush Berry is a bit sensitive to over fertilization but definitely not as bad as I thought. I realize I put seedlings into cups of ffof without any cut. Im assuming the hot mix just burned them. Cureently they are in 1 gal pots and running out of food as w speak. Waiting just another couple of days to transfer into 3 gal pots of just ffof, We'll see how that goes
