Suggestions please

Despite being a well-known member I'm still a newbie. I have done very well, but I can do better. I'm looking for suggestions about what I should do next. The two girls to the left are Killer Kush, on the right are Tropicana Poison. The TP in front on the right is 3 weeks since transplant. The other three girls are at 4 weeks. The front left KK stretched like crazy so I tied her down and even lst'd one branch to see if it would survive. It was outpacing the other girls by 5 or 6 inches. My light (Nextlight Core) is 20 inches above, I raised it last night because the tips of the tall girl showed signs of yellow at the very end. I use Advanced and bottom feed using Autopots 3.9L containers. I top feed 8oz of a brew of recharge and molasses every 3 days. What would you do next if these were your girls? I've got screening for a Scrog, but I don't think it's time yet. Don't know for sure, but I do know that when you add air domes to an autopot it gets hard to move the plant around to balance the plant under the light. Wondering how long before I should start removing bottom leaves and branches and or defoliating.. I want at least another foot or two before I flip.

Stop the molasses. If you absolutely have to, one time at transplant is enough.
I only use Myco's when I'm transplanting. They get one dose when I'm watering them in.
Your nutrients look fine but the twisting I saw in your leaves in another picture said your pH is too low.

6.8 is too high for soilless and 5.5 is too low unless you're in coco. What medium are you in?
I don't think you're getting a lot of responses because your plants look pretty good.

I'm in Promix HP, I've been trying to bend leaves down out of the way on the plant in front on the left. I also tide a lot of the branches down as I'm actually trying to train this time around. The plants look a lot better than my first grow, so I'm happy, but I want to level up each grow until I can feel like I grow connoisseur level buds. PH'ing wasnt supposed to come into play until my next crop when I felt more comfortable with environment.

Thanks a lot!

If your Promix HP has Lime in it you just need to make sure your pH is in the 6-7 range. I usually check my reservoirs after the first 24 hours to make sure because after water sits for the first 24 hours it off gasses and the pH rises.

When I change nutrients or anything in my reservoir mix (even higher heat) I usually take the pH of the res several times over it's life so I'm aware of my pH swing over time. What I know for my reservoir is I usually see a .3 rise. So I always pH to .3 below where I want to be.

When are you flipping to flower?

Don't exactly know when I'll flip, I'm waiting till the girls reach half the height of the tent. I'm pretty sure Promix has no lime in it.

Some plants increase in the "stretch " by 2/3ds
I wouldn't go halfway up tent before flipping
You are FAR too nice. I was going to let him and then watch him freak over it growing into his lights and discuss supercropping another newbie pants shitting moment and you blew it all for me  far too kind! @Fahn2k you owe that man a beer!

On my first grow somebody on this forum told me that and I listened, but I didnt get a lot of stretch. So this time around I'm going taller than 24".
Unless you're growing clones of your last genetics you may get a surprise.

PS research supercropping, just in case

@Herb and Curious, you both know that for the most part you learn more from your mistakes than your successes right. I appreciate both of you for your opinions. I cant explain what or why but I think I might have it under control. Ok, not really but it's a chance I gotta take so I know for myself. I did research supercropping, LST, lollipopping and Scrog, there the main focus of this grow. I rubbed a couple of branches in my fingers and they flopped over and all was good. Then less than a week later they had grown back straight. I bought a Scrog net and the same plant shot up to 27" while the other three are still low at 20", hummm what to do? Well tying down branches and lollipop seems to work, so far. Height is not gonna be a problem, I thinkdid 24 to 26" for the lowest girl and then I will flip. I'm really paying more attention to the fullness of the top of the canopies and how they fill the tent.

Crack their stalks again, you're right in the end you deal with your plants. You'll be fine or a plant will die or suffer, so what? We've all fucked a table or two, have at it ;D
