Sunleaves expanding coco block

I'm relatively new, I only have 3 soil grows under my belt but am hearing so many good things about coco that I've decided to try it. But I can't find any
reviews about Sunleaves and was hoping someone out there may have experience and advice about this product. Also throughout my research I have read
to ph from 5.2 all the way to 6.2 but mostly seen 5.8 is ideal. I also keep reading differences in rinsing (needed or not). As far as buffering I have not a clue
so any input on that would also be greatly appreciated. And would starting in peat cups be a bad idea or do I need to get coco pellets? Will Foxfarm nutes be
ok with coco? Strains being used are Liberty Haze, Power Flower, Critical, (photos), and Vast & Fast (auto), so anyone that has advice with any of these would
appreciated as well. Lastly, I think, besides perlite, is there any amendments such as wormcastings that could or should be used, if so what ratios? Sry for so
many ?'s but I fiqured this might be the place to get some straight answers. Any advice at all is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

P.S. Do autos do better in coco than soil?

Idk about that brand. 5.8 ph since I don't know about that brand not sure about washing. Most people just use straight coco no additives like perlite and worm castings. Fox farm should be fine if that's what you have but if your going out and buy maybe look at something else. You could use general hydroponics get same results. And it's cheaper.
I use advance nutrients and promix
So just my opinion

1- no clue on sun leaves coco. I use I think it's general hydro 5kg coco brick I paid 16 bucks for at my local hydro shop

2- I heard 5.5-6.0 ph. I use 5.8 or as close to it as possible. I don't fiddle for hours trying to get it spot on.

3- I start in 16 ounce red party cups... I call them solo cups lol. Fill with coco, add the germinated seed and water with phed water

4- no clue on fox farm and coco. I use K.i.s.s feeding which is just maxi bloom the whole cycle veg and flower. 7 grams a gallon and your good to go. I'm going to be using flora plus since my hydro store gave me a free sample.

5- I grow in just coco in hempy buckets, no perlite or anything. Coco is a soilless medium and relies on you for the feeding. I water every day even if it isn't but a little solo cup of water.

6- I've only did one grow... Not even one cause I'm about to start flowering but you can look in my journal and see the plants. Good luck.

Thank you, I also forgot to ask about the growth rate. I normally veg for 1.5-2 months with soil. How long should I expect to veg with coco, (usually going to 1-1.5ft. before flipping).
I do ALOT of supercropping if any wondering why it takes so long.

Do like u normally do. And u can make adjustments as needed or on next run. You will do fine.

I bought 2 of these. I would recommend expanding them in a storage tub as they expand a lot. Storage tub, couple gallons of water, and a small gardening rake are what you will need. As far as the ph and washing I don't know. I mixed mine with soil and vermiculite. The soil was real hot 7.6 and the coco seemed to balance it to about 6.5. Hope that helps.

Also, a small hand shovel helps to break it up.

I also have their bar guano. My plants aren't old enough to tell how well it works yet, but I mixed it in the soil and coco and it didn't burn them. They seem like a decent company.

Thank you all, but about autos, do they yield better in coco than soil? And thank you all again, I always appreciate any help at all.

Idk about autos as I grow regular seeds and clone the females. I agree with the user above to expand the coco brick in a 20 gallon tub or so. Just add water and use your hands to break it up. Thats what I did. If you add enough water it should just absorb it all and break up
