SunShrine Mix#4

Is SunShrine Mix#4 considered a "soil-less" media? Is it any good to use with marijuana? ( i.e. like miracle grow isn't good to use, along those lines) Does it hold water like that of typical soil? Meaning, I don't need to set it up on a timer, and can feed my plants like I would with soil, every couple of days? And would this help my plants grow faster and better, like using other hydroponic methods compared to just typical soil?

its one of those classic soilless mixes known for growin marijuana. ive heard you wanna add some perlite to it but other than that its supposed to be as good as promix and others similar to that.

you really want to add more perlite to any soiless mix you buy.

I just found out today it comes two ways: "regular" (peat-based) and "advanced" (better, coir-based). Wish I'd bought the Advanced now. cn
