? Super cropping

I have seen 3 videos on super cropping.

1st video toped multiple times.
2nd video People would snap the branches a bit an lay them down so the buds were at the same height.
3rd video bouth was done.

Anyone know about the bent branches?
What are these different methods called?
Are any of them legit super cropping?

I think it's number 1 but that just multiple topping!

Supercropping: bending an lightly breaking tops to even the canopy, the idea being the lower branches will grow while the top is healing. Topping: cutting the top to get 2 or 4 main colas. Fimming (fuck i missed) similar to topping but only cutting off part of the top (look it up in advanced techniques) LST (low stress training) tying down the main stem to expose lower branches to the light.
