Thats a very bushy plant lol. If your growing with cfls then yea I'd expect it to be that height. Lemme see some pics of your shorty haha. It will be a little over a foot when your done flowering though.

id like to see it ,,,when i use cfl's i keep them very close to the plant and lift the lights as it grows nodes keeping the lights the same distance from the plant which stops stretching and promotes the most compact of growth,,,

That looks extremely small for 2mnths, im thinkin a root problem here, ide transplant into a 40%perlite 60%soil mix, dont pack the soil tight if u do, water well and lifet the light to 6inches, this will cause it to stretch slightly, grow it to 12inches anf flower it man, that will be 1 small but strong bushy plant in the end, good luck.
