Super soil ratio question

I've seen people using 100% super soil instead of using about 50% ss and 50 of roots or whatever they use. I only know one other person who uses super soil around here and they only do it the normal way with good results, they use it on their small 8 plant outdoor garden aswell as their indoors.

I have enough soil to fill 10 gal pots with 100% super soil but its my first time running super soil so im looking for some imput. Im running the sativa dom phenotype of blueberry, 6k aircooled setup.

Since the instructions for Super Soil say to fill the bottom half (or third) of your pot and you "know one other person who uses super soil around here and they only do it the normal way with good results", what is the question?

I guess the question is that are that any people on here who use 100% super soil with better results. Im interested in the idea of using all super soil because it seems like you wouldn't need to top dress a much or at all.

UM that's what you get when you do it the way sub recommends.
Been growing in it for quite a few years now and can only remember topdressing 3 times!

Alrighty then. Ill do it the way sub recomends then, but I'm gonna put a couple in 100% super soil to see the difference. Ill post up some pictures when I get my clones.

If blueberry is a heavy feeder then they will like and need a pot 100% full of super soil.

If your strain is a light feeder you may only want 50% - so really it depends on the plant.

you can add 100% ss all you want, I am sure they will do just fine. But they will finish green and probably have a slight burn to them.

One thing I have learned over the last few years, Super Soil isnt a "thow it in a pot and you are done" kind of mix. If you hit your ratios perfect for the required strain, then your flavor, resin, yield, finish time and overall terpine profile will far exceed any lazy maneuver like going 100% ss.

It takes time and experience to know how to use SS properly, but anyone can use it and grow weed. It's just a matter of if it's good weed or amazing weed.

Depends on how long you are going to veg. 7gal is good for 2 month veg and 2 month flower. 10 gal might be good gor 3 month veg or more.
