Hello everyone, well heard of supercropping thought it would be cool to try, So have three snow white girls and one white widow girl in a rubbermaid system I made. Here are some pics, threw in a few of my girls I am about to harvest next week. Hope I supercropped correctly, bent the stems over at the second node, light is totally getting down into the bottom well now. we will see how it turns out, apparently its supposed to rock. enjoy the pics. Comments always welcome. Peace

I have no experience with it, but I think you need to tie them up or give them a little splint to get them to heal again. If they are slumped over like that, they probably won't be able to heal. Hope it works out!

did I bend them correctly
If they aren't broken, they'll heal. No tape or splints. Even if the stalk split a bit, it should heal fine. Can't really tell since the pictures are so out of focus.

I think you kinda screwed the pooch though... Not sure there's much benefit to it during flowering except to open up more bud sites. Just seems like it would put the plant into major shock. Doesn't seem worth it, since the healing time is like x20. More energy taken away from bud development. You're supposed to do it during veg.

And tie that thing down! Otherwise it will just go back up.

well I am just going to leave it now, we will see what happens. SHIT!!!!oh well learning experience I guess. I am going to keep the thread going, see how they develop, perhaps I stumbled upon a new brilliant growing technique........perhaps.

well I have only had them in flower for a week, should I put them back into veg for a couple weeks to get thicker? I thought since they grow at least three times their size during flower they should be good size once the are harvested? I am very curious on how much faster these will be ready to harvest compared to my widow girls that were in soil. It looks like the widow is taking about 9 and a half weeks, in a hydro setup like mine how much time should I save in comparison to my soil plants.

well I think I am going to have five main stems on this one dude possibly more, those elbows are as big as the main stem. The main stem is as big as my pinky, these are going to be huge nugs on this plant, mark my words. Well you will see in my journal...
