Supercropping style LSTing?

Hello all at RUI,

This is an idea i had after reading genfranco's great thread on super cropping. The idea is for LST training with some of the longer flowering auto's that sort of mimics the super cropping style, if anyone has any thoughts or suggestions then lets get a discussion going!

I want an LED but i've heard they cant penetrate for shit and i havent got rooms of space so i'm hoping my idea might alleviate that problem!

if you wanted to keep your LST training within the borders of your pot, which is 12" each side, would it be possible to plant your seedlings in the corner of the pot and from an early age bend them over so that by the time you flower or roughly the time an auto-flower finished you have a 45 degree angle plant going from corner to corner (maximum distance) that doesent extend to far beyond the confines of its pot. As i'm growing auto's i'm not planning on creating a monster so the idea to to get some better penetration on those lower buds and possibly create another top or two?

one problem i thought of is hearing that plants roots often mirror plants growth and that planting one near the edge of a pot with restrict it's growth, but if its true that the roots mirror the plant will training the plant towards one corner sort of let the roots know also that there is space to grow into??

Oh sure man yo could do that, Roots will grow in whatever direction there is water, and space. I think this could work as in increasing yield because you're exposing more space for shoots to come from when its at that angle, especially if you Super Crop on the side that is more exposed to lights
