Suppercropping QuestionS

First off What exactly is suppercropping?

Is it diffrent techniques of training i.e. FIMing,LST,Topping,SCROG

From what I've read and seen on you tube its bending branches between nodes I'm kind of confused as to what exactly it is. And when to do it during Veg or Early flower or both once flowering starts and new branches grow.

Which techniques will produce the biggest yields IYO (In Your Opinion)?

I have two 1'+ plants I'm going to start LST today and I want to know what else I should do to increase yields.

Should I FIM or Top my two plants?

I'm all about getting as much bud as possible keeping that in mind whats the best option.

Google it it takes two seconds or there are hundreds of threads on here about it. sorry to be a dick but i see this question at least once aweek.

I just lst them and i start when they are a few inches tall and keep working them before the stem hardens . at this point i would top them. IMO

agree at that size i would not top them, youtube has some good videos on suppercropping. i myself like to suppercrop more then FIM
