What kind of supplemental lighting would you guys recommend for the veg cycle in a 2x2x5. The primary light would be a 150 watt HPS. I don't need it for the flower (I have a LED just for that phase.)

I believe my hydro store recommend a couple 2 ft T5 lights bars. Is this a good idea or do y'all something better.

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking the same. My Flowering LED is a CLW Solar Flare 220 (400 watt) but I can't really dish out the cash for another one in veg spectrum right now lol. The guy at the hydro store was telling me that the T5 will put out a hue similar to veg spectrum LED. So I figured I'd grab a couple of those to increase overall light output to try and match flower cycle and at the same time get some spectrum benefits.

With T5's you can change out spectrum simply by changing out bulbs. The also make 6500k LED bulbs for T5 as well. Simple google search will do you well in finding many options. Might be worth looking into.
