Supplementing outdoor veg with indoor lighting?

I currently have a few small photoperiod fem seedlings outdoors. Can I harm them by taking them indoors under my mars?

They are outdoors until sundown, then I bring them in to bask under blurple until the next sunrise.

Good or bad? How long can I do this for veg?

Sounds a bit of an arse ache bringing them in; I just keep em stationary outdoors; not sure how much 24/7 lighting increases ur yield...
I think photoperiodic or not, naturally no plant grown without darkness and light.

Other than that, bringing plants from outdoors in, increases the chance of pests being brought in

Yeah, you should have around a month and a half before they start to go to flower. As long as you take it slow enough you may be able to get it down to the same photoperiod as the day length in your area without it going to flower. Or you can take it, slowly, to 18/6. Most of the threads on indoor growing seem to think that's the best light cycle.

I may have misunderstood, are you already bringing them in and putting them under the grow light, or is that what you're thinking of doing?
If you're not already doing it, I would just leave them outside, plenty of veg time left this summer.

ummm, I been doing this for over 13 years, 24/7 light in veg, stuff them under my lights at sundown with no timer..Morning time back under the sun.....How can you even question it, if you want bigger plants by all means
