Suppliers for CXA 3070 Lenses (Anyone but KB)

So, Jerry has told me that he won't sell me just the drivers and lenses unless I buy the chips from him as well. Since I already snagged a few off ebay a while ago, that's not an option. I'm looking for a lens that will fit the Ideal Chip-lok holders, from a supplier other than KingBrite. They might be on Verical, but I don't know where to start looking and their reps on the chat interface are absolutely useless. Does anyone know a part number for these?

Ideal just makes the holder, which I was able to secure from Verical. But their support team had no idea what I was talking about when confirming I was selecting the right holder for the CXA 3070, had to get it from the data sheet on the product page. They were even more clueless when it came to the lens.

why would you ask verical what ideal holder to use for a 3070 ? ask Ideal .....

Because I was on their page ordering, and they had a few different ones in the price list for the different CXA models. I wanted to be sure I was getting the right one.

Why are we still talking about the holder? This thread is about the lens.

Yeah, once I got into the nitty gritty of the data sheet, I found that the 50-2234C is the right one for the 30 series CXAs. I'm just trying to find the glass lens for these from someone other than Jerry (because he won't sell me just the lens)

I didn't come across anything on eBay and the only thing I found on Fasttech was for the XPG lamps. Am I missing something?

@HockeyBeard

did you resolve this?

Have you asked Ideal who makes lenses for their holders.....

Khatod's? @robincnn
Angelina's?

The generic lenses imho, would just fit over the holder itself and be secured/fastened separately. Any of the 100mm or larger glass lenses with a mounting ring seem desirable maybe the 89mm too...

Considering Kingbrite's primary function is making lenses that seems messed up. WTF?

There's another company selling on alibaba selling them http://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/Optical-LED-Glass-Lens-78mm-90_60337765995.html?spm=a2700.7724838.30.102.xU6juo

They look identical so perhaps related to kingbrite but worth a try.

@HockeyBeard Did you buy the lens with that supplier?

I am not sure of any Lens other than the100mm lens that would fit 3590. Have not tried 3070 but the 77mm lens might work

@Abiqua Khatouds light pattern is too narrow or too wide and not easy to buy.
Ledil stella hb is easy to get. COBs need to be spread out with this lens as the beam is tight.

Angelina reflectors always good option http://www.mouser.com/search/ProductDetail.aspx?qs=ZP3UR5XsUofpypqYGPNhIA==
