so i had this idea and i want to see if anyone else thinks its a good idea, sort of like the seed bank and strain reviews section only for equipmentand grow supplys, ill start it off, my latest purchase was a quantum 600 watt dimmable ballast, so far the thing kicks ass, i have a few seedlings under it running at 75% power, it came with both cords so you can run 110 or 220 volts and seems solid so far, the only thing i dont like is the fan, it sounds like a little jet engine, i have my whole grow in a seperate bedroom and you can hear that thing going even with the door shut, my other lights are a 600 hps with a digital ballast with no fan and runs silent and fairly cool on its own so im not really sold that it needs a fan....or at least put a quiet one in
