Sweet banana pollen sacks!

Ok I know it sounds crazy but the goal was to create hermi and out of the 4 I have 1 for sure. They are showing banana style sacks So i was wondering when can I try and collect them so I can go crazy a pollenate the whole batch ?

Once they mature and start to open that's the best time to harvest/pollinate...but how far along are you already in flowering? It takes a good 3-4 weeks to make a viable seed...so you may need to grow your grow longer than expected to get good seed results
