Switch to flower

I would like to run my lights during night time instead of during the day. To help with temps mostly. Obviously, I have them on during the day. But when I switch to 12/12 can I change the times the lights come on and off at night time instead. Or will this really mess/stress it out.

Maybe move the time of darkness to day before switching to flower? And yes its definitely a good idea to have a "night" during day, not only because of temps you mentioned, but at least where i live, electricity is cheaper during night than during day.

Yeah you can change your dark period to day time when you flip, it wont cause you any issues.
