switching autos on 12/12 for few days?

Going on vacation for a few days is it okay to switch my autos to a 12/12 as I can't move my plant out of the veg room (it isn't a auto) I intend on resuming 24/0 light cycle when I return will this stress them

so to clarify im doing 1 auto and one pheno or photo w.e that word is want to know if switching times will stress them photo type will not come out of 12/12 at any point of course
