Switching to 12/12 - start/end of day

Hi, if im switching from veg 18/6 to 12/12 should i only decrease last hours of light or can i change hours as i want ? For example from 6 am to 12 pm (18h) - 10 am to 10 pm (12h). Do decreasing start vs end of day have any differences ?

Switch it to whatever you want. Me personally, I run my lights at off-peak hours (lights turn on at 8pm) but you can set your lights to turn on/off whenever is convenient for you.

That is how I have switched to 12/12 for many years. 6:00 AM - 11:59 PM for VEG then right to 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM for BLOOM.

That’s odd
You would be paying peak rates here
8:00pm to 11:00am is off peak rates

I know. I am paying peak rates here as well. But fortunately, I am still grinding out my career so paying peak rate juice to gaze at the ladies during the day (especially as they near the end of Week 2 in BLOOM) is not an issue for us ... yet. That day is probably right around that upcoming corner that I can see in the distance ...
