T5 LED Bulbs don't work

I actually bought these because the shit ballast I bought from Amazon kept blowing my T5 bulbs except for 2 replacement LED bulbs that you can use with the ballast as is and I didn't know the difference so the plan was just to plug and go. At $150 someone bucks for 12 of them they aren't cheap but if they last for years I will be super happy. I also bought an 8 bulb Vivosun fixture from Amazon which is much nicer, bigger light that covers my plants better. I hate keeping mothers to be honest but I find myself with 8 strains again. I keep saying no more mothers but they keep pulling me back.

So after a few days there is light bleaching on the mothers under the LEDs at the same height. This is freaking awesome. More light and less than half the watts. Very odd because the lux levels are reported lower.

How are the LED tubes you bought working for you? Mom happy?

I’ve been so busy it’s hard to tell. Actually seems too strong and one of the mothers has some issues but don’t know why. Needs a transplant and some love so not ready to blame the lights but the t-5s are easier I think

Have you used led's before? I'm adjusting as well with a HLG I bought. I moved the plant I ran under my T5 Led veg light so the plant went from like a 6000k spectrum to a 3000k spectrum. It's only been a couple of days but its already stretching and showing some signs that it might not be 100% happy with the transfer. Last run I supplemented with Cal-mag but with this plant I was hoping to avoid adding anything other the usual nutrients. Love the led grow lights but they do have a different way of affecting the plants. Anyways hope stuff calms down for you soon. Good luck and thanks for getting back to me on it. :peace:
