Taking pics during night cycle?

Quick question, During the night cycle when you are flowering is it ok to take 5 or 6 pics with a flash. I know light will cause the plant to revert back to veg. stage but a flash from a camera is like 1000 watts of light but only lasts for a microsecond. Either way I am harvesting in one day so how much damage could I do?

won't do a darn thing...
but why not just wait less than 12 hours and do it during the light cycle if that's what you're worried about.

I am using the "total darkness for the last 3 days" technique and I am anxious to compare before and after pics.

well, then the idea there is to take Pics on Day 1, and then again on Day 4 and compare...

shouldn't do anything bad, but i would just yeah...........take pics on day one, or the final day. only 3 days of wait

I have been taking pictures every day for the last 95 days with the exception of the last two days since it has been in tiotal darkness and I wasnt sure if taking a few pics would hurt. The only question I am asking is will the flashes from a camera hurt the development of the buds?
