anyone use tap water conditioner? found this at home base says its for ponds...it removes chlorine and adds a sustance to protect against aggressive effects of tap water.

says harmless to filters, all pond fish and plants. just wondering how it might interact with nutes and if its suitiable for weed.

would save leaving bottles of water out to evaporate the chlorine

I was using something like that for a little bit because the bottle said it removed chloramine. Ive since stopped because my leafs were looking like shit but honestly i cant say for sure it was because of the conditioner, but if i had to guess id say it was. I was noticing some green slimy shit on the top of my soil so go figure.

cheers bro, yeah i've tried looking into the ingredients can't find it, but seems similar products have salts and things in it so i decided it probably wasn't for the best. probably was that stuff then that fucked your leaves, thanks again mate

My uncle uses it in his pond. He has all sorts of plants in that thing, not MJ, but aqua plants. Not sure if it would harm or not..
