Term Agreement

Good Afternoon Everyone, and I hope everyone is doing well :-)

Just looking down range at something that I am wondering about.... As a CareGiver, do you and the patient have for a lack of a better term , a "Term Agreement?" Something that would be like; No Calling asking for meds after 8:00 pm, perhaps like a 48 hour notice, transportation rates (if applicable ) etc.

I believe I did sign such an agreement when I had a CareGiver, but seem to have mis-placed it. I know that it probably is not binding in a court of law, but instead, an amicable agreement between the CareGiver and Patient.

I you do have one, or any info, could you please either leave me a PM here, or email me at [email protected].

Thanks so very much and God Bless :-)

I don't have such an agreement, on paper. If such a document were necessary, they would have the wrong caregiver, and I the wrong patient. I see nothing wrong with such an agreement however if it seems necessary.

I dont have one either... never felt the need for excess paperwork. Pick you patients carefully and it shouldnt be a problem.
