hey mcone, still at it I see old buddy, ha.

They informed me that after the last run of DQ all they ever want me to grow is Dairy Queen. Fine by me, It really did come out nice.
Ain't that what everyone says that gets the DQ?

Hope you don't mind if I tag along. slab

Have any of you grown Cheesequake out as well and how different were they? I already have cheesequake and i'm growing a romulan clone at the moment as well just curious what the difference is between CQ and DQ (other than dq is crossed with romulan/c99)

The Cheesequake has more round, indica, flowers than the Dairy Queen. The DQ has more spear shaped clusters with larger calyxes indicitive of the UK Cheese cutting. The Cheesequake tends to stay shorter and grows more compact with less sugar trim than DQ.

There is a high degree of variation within Cheesequake because the parents are quite different and both DQ and CQ are only F1 outcrosses of Uk Cheese.

The Dairy Queen parents are more similar in growth and flavor (comparatively) so the progeny is more stable as a result.

As with all hybrids you will have progeny that leans towards both parent, and a mix of the two. It is advisable to clone all of the females before flower and wait until the smoke test to determine whether or not to keep them around.

Jack cleaner II nearly gave my an anxiety attack during the smoke test so I cut down the clone, but I still have another pheno to try and another clone to pick from.

Out of two females of Cheesequake I ran, there was one clear winner. It was less leafy, more desirable flowers, more resin, and a much better and more intense smell (grape cheese).

I will snap some macros of the confidential cheese, dairy queen, and cheese quake when they come down.
There are a couple good looking plants in the cheese test seeds.

Qush just when into flower.

Good to see some old friends stopping by.

Peace everyone

It will be one year in a few months and things are never the same as we know . The universe selected our friend a little early but his love and passion lives on ..
I brought a Kreation of Mc's back home where it belongs and am looking forward to the work that ensues

Hopefully Mc will be with me as I work this same sequence of gentics into something else due to the combinations used as well as my own male JC pollen .
