as ususal, the devil is in the details. This shows raw data but doesn't explain anything. You look at the numbers, look at one variable (social equality) and draw a line through the two points. As Baldrick pointed out, it could be just a reporting error. It could be a lot of reasons. Dumb fucks like you stop at the first desired result.
