Have you ever used something in your garden, and then ran out of that something, and said "Oh well, i guess i don't need it that bad" and decided not to use it out of laziness or cheapness? But then, in the absence of said product, you realize that product aint bullshit, and needs to be used EVERY CYCLE!bongsmilie

This is a thread to list those items. A lot of items are the grow store shelf are not necessary. Go ahead and name some things that you will go ahead and spend the money on, because you KNOW it's worth it, because you know your plants will miss it if you don't use it.

Here's my list::eyesmoke:
Myco fungi
Liquid Karma
Organic Blackstrap Molasses
Guano
Azomite mineral amendment
Kelp
Worm shit
Quality soil (Roots or Fox Farm usually for me, but there are many acceptable mixes out there)

When needed:
Azamax bug killer

Plants don't care, but this stuff is worth a mention:
Ona Gel:lol:

Mighty Wash from PK industries. Does wonders on mites, I bougt the azamax as well, but decided to go mostly organic first. I was VERY impressed, killed every last one of those bastards, and didn't seem to mess with my crop. I am starting to wonder if the PM wash works just as well.

azamax works pretty well. Kinda freaked me out the first time I put it in my reservoir, though.

For the price, though, I'm not sure how much better it is than a homemade soap+canola oil solution.

Protekt is a must for me. It balances my pH when I'm feeding my dirt girls so I just add protekt and a base to a gallon of water and then I feed my girls. No pH-ing needed if you use the right amount. Another product that I like but only use in hydro is floralicious plus. It makes my hydro meds taste like they were grown in dirt. I don't look at hydro meds as lacking flavor as much as I look at them being exceptionally clean.
