Thanks man, I am pretty happy with the main shoots on these... I LST'd but still ended up with a dominance in the primary cola, especially on the C99... C99 shot up like 6+" on the main cola during the transition, but it also filled it all with bud so I'm not complaining... the re-tie downs for the main buds later in flower seem to be paying off more or less.

My C99 is growing buds from the base of two big fan leaves:
And for some reason my camera was set wrong last time so it was taking pics at a tiny file size. Fixed that, and tried to create some on the fly softbox diffuse lighting for some more shots...
Just took a few...
The main cola on the C99 plant... she is at 52 days, or 7 weeks, 3 days:
(total flowering time quoted for C99 fem is 8-9 weeks)
Kolossus #1 also at 52 days, or 7 weeks, 3 days:
(total flowering time quoted on Kolossus is 9-10 weeks)

It has a nice fruity tone most of the time... sort of juicy fruit esque? Or like strawberry/watermelon bubble yum or something... it has that intense sweetness to it that definitely reminds me of candy of some kind, haha.. makes my mouth water.

Yummm!
I had a Mulanje that was straight bubble yum bubble gum on the plant and heavy catpiss when drying. It was a smooth smoke that numbed my mouth and gave me 15 minutes of hard paranoia followed by 4 hours of happy gabby buzz
I crossed the Mulanje BubbleGum (MuBG) with the Mozambique Poison male (MozPoz) to get MuMoBG. I grew her out using mainlining and light deprivation and got a nice little 8 cola bonsai tree:
In the jar it now smells like Pineapple and Black pepper. I haven't smoked any yet. I think I will have some today

Damn, those looks nice Mo.
I just spent about an hour in the garden doing minor tie downs to open up the canopy more and let some light into the deeper parts of the buds. Effectively utilizing more of the footprint now too I think. I hope the tie downs pay off. I also boosted the whole thing like 6-8" so everything's closer to the light and more even. Hopefully not too close to the light... we'll see...

Coming into the home stretch now.
As of today, it's been 8 weeks flowering...
the C99 is rated at 8-9 weeks and it does seem to be starting to show signs of wrapping up. It's the only plant thats eating up leaves at this point... and trichomes are maybe like 3% amber. Unfortunately with my 30x loupe I have a hard time seeing the difference between clear and cloudy sometimes... still has so much "fresh" growth/hairs though that I will probably let it go to 9 at least, and keep a close eye on the trichomes to make sure the amber doesn't get out of control.
The NLxNL is sort of a mystery on finishing time because I can't find it listed anywhere as a strain (was a freebie from SeaOFSeeds, literally said "NLxNL" and nothing else) but I found ratings both from 6-8 weeks and another that said 9-10. So I'm sort of riding it out, but the hairs are receding on the bud tips so I'm keeping a close eye on it overall. I am not seeing much amber at all yet though, even on the tip of the main cola. I'm really looking forward to harvesting this though, as it's got that huge donkey dick main cola that's probably the biggest bud I've grown yet... haha.
The two "Kolossi" are still packing on weight... kolossus is rated at 9-10 weeks. No way they're ending at 9 though, the way they're looking, too much new growth. At least 10... will keep an eye on trichomes though just in case...

Aye... I wanna max out the yield on it without sacrificing any potency obviously, so I'm just keeping an eye on the ambers and will chop it when I reach my tolerance of how much amber I'll allow basically... either that or when the hairs pull in and the color shifts regardless of where it's at, whichever comes first.
Had another look at the NLxNL while I was in there today and I think it is getting close... the top buds are mostly receded hairs at this point... so hard to wait at this point... erggggh
