Lucky you don't really need that 600w at this stage :) Looking forward to seeing how this thread goes, the flav is on my list of future purchases :)
Thanks for stopping in, my intent is to do two in 5 gallon buckets and mainline them while using the Hempy Method, the others will be in 3.5 gallon buckets.

Sounds sweet. Good to hear of another nerd around these parts I know a few people from here nearby who are knowledgable growers but not TGA growers :) although i shouldn't say that at least one's running a cut of my apollo :)

Well I probably wouldn't be growing any TGA gear had the man not had the change in life, but I wanted to grow certain strains and I had to jump on it before the ones I wanted were all gone and never more. I've been in his shoes and it's not easy, much respect for him and hope life brings him more roses in the future.

The Flav's were just the first seeds to come in that I got so they were the first to get planted...lol.

Tomrrow my babies are 3 weeks old, another week and I sex to see who goes in which bucket to veg out for another month or so. Got my two, 5 gallon bucket drilled and filled with coarse perlite, also got my frame work bent and set to mainline. Sunday my Autos will be five weeks old, a couple have really started to grow after pistols popped.

My intent with each is to grow all 5, find the male/males seprate and grow out the females, clones as many as possible from each and seed one clone from each female. I have been searching and reading up on the various pheno's from each strain in hopes that by breeding back I can inhance the pheno's I want and just to have extra of the strain for future grows. May even cross a few.
You will probably struggle to stabilize his lines as they are mostly heterozygous. Not hating, just stating. Good luck though. Some real dank to be found in there and if you could stabilize there would be a market no doubt.

Understand your point, I'm sure it won't be all that stable and then again it might, the chance you take but it beats not taking it at all. I really looking forward to what I get from crossing it with other strains.

If you're really serious about it, I recommend selfing any and all plants and figuring out what they bring to the table before making decisions.

If you S1 a plant and 50% of the plants are similar vs a plant where 5% are similar... the 50% plant is better for breeding due to heterosis. You will get more vigor and it will be easier to stablize if you cross with another plant similar in nature. The more true breeding the more heterosis you will see, and heterosis is almost always a good thing.

Hybrid vigor and all that. You probably know as much if you've been reading, but it will cut your breeding time in half if you do the S1's to determine how homo or hetero your plants are :)

These little guys are showing me something new in growing, had to start nutes at week 2 so it was 1/4 strength today I'll bump to 1/2 strength and hope to start sexing by next weekend. This is the fastest strain I have grown to date and by far showing me they respond well and quickly. Maybe it won't take as long to mainline them as I was thinking.

Flav or Critical says Flav on pic?

I have 3 Auto's goin to suppliment till the Flav's are done, I really don't like Auto's as they are unpredictable. They were freebies so I threw them in to carry me over when I run out of the last grow.

Hey Bro, glad you stopped by good to here from you. I've slowed down some myself, had a few close calls but nothin to fret over. Got this grow going all Hempy, The Flav, going to mainline all the females should be interesting.
