The easy guide to "earning my vote"

Other than the premise of a conservative DNC telling candidates running in conservative districts to run as conservatives is a false one, the article was OK. I mean it was a great straw dog but the article depended on a straw dog at its base. Not surprised you were taken in. You are vulnerable to that shit.

I will repeat that if had run on the policy of forcing everybody into medicare whether or not they already had a health care plan they liked, we'd have a Republican win that seat instead of Conor Lamb.

Also, too much reliance on opinion polls. Polls like the one used in that article are terrible at predicting what voters will do when it comes time to vote.

So, other than the article was based upon a false argument and used unreliable opinion polls to make it's point, it was OK. Most informative was how well it reeled in a vulnerable Berner. Berners are a gullible lot, aren't you?

The reason why Sanders can nonetheless serve as a synonym for left-wing purity is precisely because the most salient divides in today’s Democratic Party do not lie on “culture war” issues, but rather, on economic ones
Exactly right. The way to win votes is to offer pragmatic economic solutions. It's great you support social issues, too, but if you're no better on economic issues than your opponent because of the political donations you accept, you handicap yourself in the general.
This study, along with multiple others, testifies to a basic truth about American politics, circa 2018: If Democrats could only get voters to cast their ballots on the basis of their views on economic policy, they would dominate all levels of government.

Unfortunately they can't, because their donors don't want them to..

Oh dont go acting like you figured anything out that you werent told by someone in the know.
Hey Spandy,

You are still over confident in your ability to read minds. As a matter of fact, as obvious as it should have been, it took me a while to figure out you came back as a sock.

Why were you banned?

Don't you find it pathetic that you came back here where you were banned.

Are you still pissing off gas station attendants so that they all, every one, spill gas on your truck? Too funny that they do that to you on purpose..

Ugh, spandy.
Double Ugh.

Ugh, Ugh.

The reactionary right wing Christian hypocrite says he recently moved to Portland, Oregon. I live just a few hours drive south of Portland and am aghast that I'm now more or less breathing the same air that shithead breathes. Ugh, Ugh.

I lived in Idaho for about 10 years. Idaho is more his style. Especially in the North of Idaho unless he's Mormon in which case, South-Eastern Idaho is his bag.

It will ALWAYS cost something here.

You think Medicare is free? Medicare for all wouldn't be free either.

Who gets free healthcare now?
Of course healthcare is paid for by taxes

Skip this tripe. Nobody, nobody, believes healthcare is free, meaning that it's just provided, without a cost to anyone. Nobody believes that, that's a strawman

Everybody knows universal healthcare will be paid for by taxes. I, along with 60% of the American people, are willing to pay more in taxes to provide universal coverage to those who can't.

Well you fucking let me know when 60% of the people will actually vote in those who will provide that in your utopian dream.

I say not soon. Try again in 2050.
