They are beautiful but all look like they need 2-3 more weeks to be properly rippened. They still have fresh new growth forming.

I really should have said Atleast 2-3 more weeks. Unless you've ran these strains from clone then each plant will be done whenever it's ready lol. I've got clones going right now that are taking 2-3 weeks longer then usual because I had some very cold weather when they got started and it slowed things down.
