Nice advice! Something about the Sherpa lined carhart pockets(which have zippers!) that hates iPhones. My iPhone before that slipped out the front pocket into a wastewater sump. One of the engineers returned it to me a few months later.Ok

I have some useful advice
Wrap a rubber band around your phone
It will not slip out of your pocket or slide off of any surface
I haven’t lost a phone in years this way
Remember the old Ugly Stick commercial where the guy holds up the rod by the tip? Had a friend buy an Ugly Stick and on his first day out fishing he was bragging about his awesome new rod. He immediately tried to hold up the rod like in the the commercial and it instantly snapped, it was hilarious.
Best 20$ rod from a walmart. Course we would cut down branches and fix a rig as little shavers

I inherited my grandpa’s 20yr unopened bargain bin supply. They all look so damn fishy. Frogs/mice, Rapala, cranks, and a spinner blade kit. Y’all still into telescopic rods?
