Yeah that’s still good. Try the bud wash, it’s a perfectly good way of cleaning mold/mildews and probably aphids off your buds. YouTube Cervantes doing it, he uses a cup of regular 3% h2o2 in a big container and washes a crop. You’ll be good.

If you are growing indoors it’s good practice to quarantine any plants coming into the living space for a while. Just because you don’t see them right away doesn’t mean larvae or eggs aren’t present. Then I would still spray. I use Botanigard and really like it. You can use it up to the day of harvest. It’s a biological. Expensive but good.
Dr Bronners helped kill some green motherfuckers I had that resembled these. I covered buds and super soaked her for a few days, and she finished out completely clear. Hope you get it fixed

What, you never had the rice crispies strain that was so popular back in the nineties outdoor grow scene? If it wasn't petrified fungas knats, than it was a pine needle, or a dried inch worm, or a pubic hair like I saw on some bags back in the 90's
