Nice one, any bud porn for us? :weed::hump::sleep:
Just coming up to the end of week 8 on the sweet skunk auto, buds are only starting to fill out , I think the weather the last few weeks has held them back a bit. I'm hoping they'll be ready by week 12, I'll update as the weeks go on

Lookin good man! Nice healthy green, no burn or deficiencies. I'd say your right about a week 12 harvest, I've had autos lag on till week 14 :(

Regards flushing, if ya reckon ya have another 4 weeks I'd keep bottle feeding em for another 2.

Did you say ya were using biobizz? Imo it's very a forgiving line of nutes

I actually think it might be the 14th week, first time doing autos so it's a learning curve, I'm going to play it by ear and keep giving nutes. Only problems I had with this strain was a bit of heat stress on one of them.

Cheers man, the ar are sticky as fuck lol I reckon 2-3 weeks on the blueberrys and maybe 4 or on the ar. The blueberrys have started to densen a lil too. Its some nice giggly smoke, good for company. Can't wait to try the ar, smells tangy and kinda spicy
They're quality looking strains, how far away do you reckon these are from finishing?

Is that the girl on week 9? I'd give her till week 13 or 14, just with the shit weather we've been having she may have slowed a bit. Have ya a jewellers loupe for checking trichs? Like a 5er on ebay and well worth it!

Yeah that's her, seems to be just starting to produce resin, even on the sugar leaves, I bought some microscope thing, doesn't seem that great to be honest, will have to have a proper mess around with it or invest in a loupe, what should I be looking for? 60% cloudy trichs?

Honestly the best thing I've found for checking is a loupe, mines x60 but ya can get up to x100 and ya can properly see inside the trichs for cloudy Ness.

As for cloudy % that depends, ime having clear and cloudy trich leads to a more energetic high, whereas cloudy with a touch of Amber gives you more balance and more mellow high, and waiting for lots of Amber will give you more of a "jaysus I'm mashed" kinda stoned.

I think it's to do with the concentrations of cbd, thc, and terpenes changing throughout the ripening phase of flower.

Edit; Sidenote, I prefer lots of Amber and tho it's a pain waiting another benefit is increased yield. I've found that those last 2 weeks when the buds aren't gettin any bigger and leaves are dyin, the buds are actually still gettin denser on the inside

Right I'll have a look for a loupe, don't want to fcuk this up, especially the drying and curing part. Hopefully weather gets better the next few weeks, on another note my Royal ak showed pistils today, wasn't expecting that until later in the summer.

Edit: just ordered a loupe on ebay, looks to be the exact same as yours

Drying and curin are key to keep in that flavour. I either trim and dry in paper bags or whole hang and dry trim. That depends on how low my stash is lol

Is the Royal ak a photo yea? Could be the position its in gets shaded out earlier and the triggered flowering?

yeah lot of conflicting info out there about the drying and curing part, think I'll hang the plant fan leaves an all, then trim before jarring, with a boveda pack and burping daily.

Yeah the AKs a photo, I'm guessing the dull weather brought it on quicker, had a lot of heat stress issues with them, but with the dull, cooler weather they've bounced back unbelievably, I wasn't giving them much hope to be honest at one stage. Now my concern will be the stink, they're bad even without flowering

That's prob the best way to go man, I'm just usually in a bit of a rush lol heard good things about the boveda packs too.

Man it's mad how they'll react to our climate, I guess cause it can be so changeable. If we got a nice August yad be laughing

Honestly they should be twice the size they are now, all of them had heat problems which slowed its growth and created burnt looking leaves, they actually look healthy again, my greenhouse is not ventilated too good and temps can get real high in it,but you learn from these things, I'd say it would flourish in the outdoors here during summer, it would need to be well away from the public though, just reading the description from the site I bought it and it's notorious for being stinkin
