Yea was a shakey flower cycle to be honest, nute burn, drought, and heat stress. That strains usually 11-12 weeks.

You grow indica so? I'm mostly hybrids so it fluctuates. Yea more and more people in Ireland are taking up the hobby

Scrog (SCReen Of Green) is when you use a horizontal trellis or net to spread and level the canopy to create more tops and more symmetrical buds. Ya gotta top a fair bit first to make lil bushes. I run 4 at a time in an 80x80cm tent lol

Generally speaking hybrids, most our strains done in 64 days.

Ah yea I'm familiar with scrog, granted 4 in that space isn't really a traditional scrog but I know what ya mean!

Heat stress can be a nightmare over here with the high temps! Can't wait to be home and not having to deal with high temps

Oh Yea, the way I use it it's more of a support system than a training system.

Depending where ya are the cold and wet here is usually the issue. That heat wave was just insane lol you plans to come back?

Yea we always do 3 layers of nets. And like yourself, normally strip below the bottom net apart from a handful of plants that receive more light.

Ye I plan on coming back within the next year. I'm already stocking up on genetics to bring back so I can set up the min I get back.

Won't be doing nothing crazy, prob 10 - 16 lights prob the max I will go. Will be nice managing such a small op but I'm sure it will still have its challenges like all new set up.

I notice an old member post recently that used to be active when I was last here,

Funny ya should say that cause I was thinking of using 2 this run. Just gotta see how they look after the stretch.

What kinda lights ya gonna go with? Leds or you a hps man?

Good luck with the move dude, moving County was hard enough I don't envy ya moving country lol

great to see your still about billy... and holy shit a career.... man thats a long way from where we started out buddy, hahahaha kang burning shit to a crisp with some of the first l.e.d you could get, and harrekin blowing us all out the water with yeilds...

may start pulling up a chair more offen and have a catch up, be great to pick your brains on the organic side of things, i`ve been leaning that way for awhile, minimal feeding, training, trimming etc, more along the lines of set the enviroment and leave them to it with irregular amounts and frequency of watering with the odd touch of bio bloom and a touch of top max again minimal as f***...

Current flowering run ain't doing too bad, that ar is grumpy as fuck tho. But they're loving the easy2grow kit. Keep getting told to run my 480watts at 40-50%, that 70% is too much light, what ye reckon?

Veg might be an issue in a few weeks, lotta plants in a lil space! And showing some funny colours, bit early for autumnals I reckon

Thinking of building a frame to split the mother tent so I can maximizer space and keep more mothers.

Yes brotha environment is everything. Environment, genetics and keep it simple, everybody loves to over complicate..I gota head into the shop shortly ill take a few pics

all good here bill, still have hospital visits every now and again, but that said all is good.,... done 2 big grows last year so have had the lights off for awhile as there was an abundance of smokeable between herself and i, have 6 gorilla white widow and 6 cheese, 6 tropicana banana going at the minute so things are about to get busy... will only be flowering them 6 at a time so the first lot are 12/12 from seed... still manage to pull 2 oz a plant tho... man i love hps... hahahahaha nothing worth taking pics of yet but i`ll get some in day or two....


so further restriction lift, little bit more back to normal... being honest i loved the restricted space, everyone had keep a distance, people round here were nicer to each other, traffic was alot better and of course there was the handier work schedule.....
