All depends on your circumstances and basically which fucker you get from CPS (Crown Prosecution Service) and then when it does go to court, depends on judge and your solicitor.
Basically it gonna come down to, are you dealing? 1-10 plants MAYBE you can say personal use, slap on the wrist. 20 + plants kinda hard to say you gonna smoke all that day, but hey all down to your circumstances.
Personally dont get fucking caught! and if you do, get a gooood solicitor, and claim personal use.

it depends on a few factors like rs444 said. but if you have up to 10 plants you will be ok ish (its not a garantee) but more than that and they will see you as dealing and again some good advice from rs444 lol DONT GET CAUGHT

The also look at your method of growing, how much it may of cost you to start growing, how many watts are being used and how advanced is your setup on a whole.
I think you maybe get in more trouble for having an advanced/technical grow growing 5 plants which cost you alot more than a ghetto grow op costing peanuts.
