yup i soaked the nug and ita been hang drying for two days and all the trichomes are still intact. lesson learned. prevention first!

I actually went ahead with a water cure on about a quarter of the first cuttings(tops). (early harvest).

And will continue with a couple BT treatments on the rest of the plant(and others). Hoping to wait until the end of October(weather permitting) to harvest everything else.

She smokes fantastic! Ive made bubble, bho, butter, with both the air cured and the water cured. Seems to be no difference unless you smoke str8. The water cure doesnt smell and taste like smoke. The air is stanky and tasty. But when concentrated, i notice no difference.

Seems I missed some update pics for this thread on the roughrider! SO, I had chopped the tops last week or so, and split some to a water cure and some to air cure.

Here she is chopped.....


And here goes some in water...AHHH!


All the heads were pretty much just like this....

She is gonna have shelter for the winter, and hope for a spring harvest. She is well over a year old!
