today is day 62 and things are going good, buds are budding and looking great, the smell is unreal when the lights go off, but i love it, LoL. day 10 and i put the clones in the soil today. i took a knife and made slits in the mesh like covering on the peat pellets and set them in the soil and gave them some water. lets hope they make it.

thanks jumbo, probably wont get anything like you did, but hey, im just having fun doing it. i just cant wait to smoke some of that pink, LoL.

haha, well quite frankly your getting some HUGE nuggs compared to when i used CFLs. deffinatly doing a good job on them =]
but yea forrsure man, tht pink would be crazy tempting haha

ah finally!
got my big crop a rolln =]
pics r from last nigh, all the clones are really perky, text-book relaxed leaves
but now the painful wait begins... lol
and the new reflector! only $65

I know this has prob already been mentioned a couple times but I can't seem to find it.
Anyone got a ghetto soil mix that I could use for my next grow? I'm look for stuff that I could just go to a local super store (i.e. home depot, lowes, etc) and buy, seeing as I live in a small town with no hydro store and I don't want to pay $50 bucks to ship some FF or promix out to my house every grow.
Anyone got any ideas or maybe a formula I could use. Right now I use just plain store bought peat moss, perilite, and vermiculite mix, but it seems like on every grow I get some type of def going on and the only thing I can think of is my soil.....

rob, ive been using this for a couple grows now and it seems to work fine. walgreens has it, 2 bags for $3, it has no nutes in it, just black soil, some peat/bark, and some perlite. my girls like it.

I've been trying to find some perilite with no nutes in it now. They don't seem to have any at home depot.....

I dunno, they look pretty crisp and clear to me, so don't apologize! Ha. Also, your plants are looking great!

I don't think it's bugs because it's only on the one plant and both of them sit against each other. I'm not sure what the hell it is..

cant say 4sure, but looks to me like a micro-nute deff. (i.e. iron,cal,mag,zinc etc..) or simply moisture stress,dunno if thts wut every1 round here calls it. but UB has agreat sticky on. GL

SUp guys eddydope here and im new to the thread and like all of you im a ghetto grower
check out my box. i had to mod it cause my baby starting getting tall.
the box was made from an old dresser i found in the alley chopped it up and used the wood.
got some reflective thing at the dollar store. wal mart cfls. cost me bout 25 bucks to build for the bulbs a lil saw and and old comp at the salvation army for the fans.
my girl was just a random bagseed this is my first grow and i believe its going pretty well. been flowering for bout 2 weeks now.
flowered a lil late cause shes tall haha
anyone now how long i have till harvest time judgin on the pics.
im rockin four cfls.
