First harvest, ill let everyone know. Their is no plan for any relief. Tbh but if i speak up once we get going that it is too much, we will figure something out...got to get through a samples out and then, we will probably trim to order and work late nights here and there. Initial trim will be done on spare time.
Plus a few more days and entire fertigarion system, in bloom rooms, will be automated

The best managers my wife trims for are the ones that are there trimming the same shit, eating the same lunch, etc.. It is work. So my respect for your devotion even if only for necessity.
Sticking it out in jail with the inmates and encouraging good behavior while suffering the same conditions works better than any other alternative best I’ve seen… that and maybe being one of the few grows to pay your employees before they go home and not in a month or few, can help.
