The democrats speak to young people the loudest and if the women of America can create a ground game to reach and motivate them to vote, then it could make a big difference. 1/3 of Americans don't vote and many of them are young. That's aside from the other phone calling and door knocking they can do, Stacey Abrams already has a plan and has been training women from all over the country in how it's done for years.
