Science has once again provided the answer.... You hear it all the time down in Florida... man it's cold (obviously in the winter
).
Well it seems that ppl that live in the deep south do feel the cold more than Yankees. In warm climates the body keeps the capillaries near the surface of the skin and wide open. So when a cold snap comes through, which only lasts a few days...ppl really do feel the cold more. It takes about a week for the body to acclimate "body" wise to the cold, and by that time, it is already warm again. Yankees have the advantage of getting to acclimate slowly and then the cold doesn't quit till the seasons over.

it's ridiculous isn't it? i live out in the country near champaign/urbana area.. Chicago is the windy city, but it gets pretty damn windy when you are surrounded by harvested cornfields and can see for miles haha.. oh, and the freezing rain is just lovely

So I took some online IQ tests, this site here http://classiciqquiz.com/ scored me a 144, what a pain in the ass to get results, they hit you with about 1000 offers which you have to have to choose yes or no to each one.

I guess im a fuckin genius, whoopdedoo, I thought geniuses had IQ's of 170+. maybe they grade on a bell curve and all those sub 90 people are dragging the scores down? Anyway i don't feel like a genius.

what a joke. the thread title made this thread what it is. looks like somebody is really concerned with the proper spelling, so much so that it kills this whole thread. i have to wonder if it's just a innocent mod, unknown to the irony; or somebody is really crying about it.
