Greetings,

I see there are threads for Irish, UK, LED, Indoor, Outdoor, 400w, 600w etcetera. I demand equal time. I think there should be a thread dedicated to us grey haired throw back from the 60's and 70's (or even earlier) growers.

Allow me to introduce myself...$bkbbudz$ here. 51 years old and have been cultivating for about 7 years total. I was 'forced' to not grow for 4 years in between, But 7 years of actual growing experience. I have always done things the natural way in soil as was intended by nature. I am an old dog and to stubborn to try the new tricks the whippersnappers are so fond of. Soil ain't broke so I ain't gonna fix it.

Anyone else care to admit their age???

Omg my hub older than you! Fuck not old. What's that saying.... 50 is the old age of childhood; & the childhood of old age? Something like that. I absolutely luv all the wisdom I have acquired over the years thru shitty often hard lessons.

Well some of us were victims of the 'Reefer Madness' paranoia propaganda of the 30's and 40's...others by their parents being victimized by the same era. I am one of the latter.

Understood. My in-laws in there 80s. Kids grew outdoor in summer. Nobody cared back then open brothels alll over. Still here when I arrived 20 yes ago

I retired from the bush (well actually a swamp lol), did my last big one 10 years ago and had a cop walk 5 feet from a 5 ton van loaded to the nuts in my yard. After cleaning up the accident in my pants I vowed it was over ......but lol. Daddy needs a new truck, Buffalo soldier rides again lol. Hope some kid hasn't taken my spot. Perhaps I should teach my skills to a young new soldier and split the spoils of war lol.
