The smell of BioMarine - How to deal with it?

So after hearing nothing but good things about using fish in your nuts every week or so, I picked up a quart of GH BioMarine at a local hydro shop.


I added it to my mix, fed my plants, and holy hell is this stuff pungent. Dead fish under a MH light is not a sexy smell and made the grow room smell like fish for a week, even with the carbon filtering and some of this deodorizing gel I picked up.

For those of you who use it, is there any way to deal with the odor? because it's pretty gross, and I'm weary of giving another feeding when it smells so rank afterwards. Any help is appreciated.

I prefer NOT to use fish in my nuts, thank you very much.

but can you smell the mj? i'd rather people think i have poor hygiene than think i grow weed. i guess that's no help, but more of a silver lining.

lol doesnt it say on the bottle not reccomended for indoor growers?

I got a bottle of this stuff in a sample package thing and I haven't dared to open it lol

It doesn't, I checked. I'd imagine almost everyone in Michigan is growing indoors as our weather is pretty spastic here, yet places still sell the stuff

What I do is water my plants with it and then clean the water catch trays / flood table the day after. Helps with the smell. Also how is it working out for you?
