the sun?

I know this may sound crazy but im new to growing, Is it safe to put my plants outside during peak hours of sunlight instead of leaving them under the lights, cause im in da south and it is always 85 here

yes, its very much ok. Weed is very strong and can grow from climates of 50-110 degrees and all kinds of altitudes. By all means, keep them in the sun as much as possible.
